Book Description: It is very simple to be happy, but it is not so simple to un-do the complication we have created that have made us loose our natural happiness.
This book will lead you in a transformational process in which you will return to your child-like (not childish) nature.
This book guides you in 20 weeks through a transformational process based on meditation techniques and spiritual practices that are performed during the life of one day.
Today is the only day you are existing, and the only day in which you have cognition of your existence. Whatever happiness or unhappiness you are experiencing you are experiencing it today. Whatever cognition you have of yourself you are having it today. Whatever you can do to change it, you can do it today. No other day, whatever you are feeling, you feel it today and only today you can change it.
A day is very simple to manage. During the life of one day which goes from the time you gain consciousness of yourself when you wake up, to the time you loose consciousness of yourself when you fall asleep, several things happen:
Your story of a life, which is that unique and not shared by any other, story you tell yourself about yourself, gets in touch with the manifestation of this day.
Manifestation is the nature of the Manifestor. In the same way millions of chemical reactions take place in your body without you guiding them, the manifestation takes place in this day, in which your unique story you tell yourself about yourself happens.
During a day you perform actions (brush your teeth, write an email, cook food, design a web, you name it..), have thoughts (about your neighbor, about politics, about the world, about your identity, about your family, about what you did or did not..) and you feel feelings (from love to sorrow, all the rainbow..).
Karma Yoga teaches you to deal with action, Gnana Yoga teaches you to deal with thought and Bhakti Yoga makes all your emotions into one, Love. The white light from which all colors are originated.
The Path of Unfoldment integrates these yogas with meditation techniques and spiritual practices that will bring you back to where you belong. To the day of today. Your home in which everything that is, exists within you.
Following the practices described in the book and with the support of our audio satsangs and Hi-Tec search facility for your spiritual questions together with the support of our network of meditation teachers we will lead you from nowhere to now here.
Nowhere is that unique fantasy that nobody shares which is the story we tell ourselves about ourselves all the time during the life of one day, the source of all problems and the identity source of all possible problems in life. While life, this manifestation which is now here this day, happens unnoticed for us.
This book will bring you back home. To the day we all share this manifestation, today.

Gururaj Ananda Yogi : Gururaj Ananda Yogi (birth name: Purushottam Narsinhram Valodia was born in 1932 and died 17 May 1988, Cape Town, South Africa. He was the founder of International Foundation of Spiritual Unfoldment. Gururaj Ananda Yogi started giving satsang in his living room at his home in South Africa and during 1974 with the help of some of his disciples in South Africa started The South African Meditation Society and The International Foundation for Spiritual Unfoldment. On October 1974 Marguerite Cusley (alias Gita) a teacher from Transcendental Meditation of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, organized for him a trip to the UK where Gururaj Ananda was introduced to many TM teachers from around the world and that soon joined his movement, The International Foundation for Spiritual Unfoldment (IFSU).
Within that organization several National Mediation Societies were created that are today continuing teaching meditation in different countries around the world. Among them: The British Meditation Society, The American Meditation Society
, The Spanish Meditation Society, The Danish Meditation Society, The Irish Meditation Society, The Belgian Meditation Society, The Canadian Meditation Society and The Israeli Meditation Society. These societies and IFSU are the actual copyright holders of Gururaj's recorded teachings and are engaged in making a major publishing effort in association with publishers in both the USA, the UK and Spain.
Gururaj Ananda Yogi was a philosopher, a mystic and a poet that taught in the time honored methods of the oral tradition. His disciples recorded most of his talks both public and informal while staying around in home with him and some of those transcribed talks have been compiled into books. Of particular relevance was the one published in Spain with his edited teachings by Ramon Leonato published by the leading spanish publisher Espasa Calpe that received very good critics in the general press. Antonio Gala in his articles in El Pais every Sunday used to find inspiration in the quotes from Gururaj Ananda Yogi.
During 2005-2006 Ramon Leonato leaded as Visiting Scholar at BISC in University of California-Berkeley a project to put all his recorded teachings online using fuzzy logic to do natural language search over them that had to be stopped due to lack of funds. As part of the proposal of this book is recovering all that research to create a cyber-oracle that will answer to questions of any one arriving to the web based on the thousands of questions Gururaj was made and the answers he gave.
During his lifetime as a guru, Gururaj used to refer to the spiritual path as The Path of Unfoldment. This path is described in this book in a practical way teaching you how to deal with the life of one day. As Gururaj used to say, this books transforms nowhere into now here by just letting you discriminate and separating the "w" from the "h"

I am very excited at the prospect of all those teachings and techniques being made available to the general public. If the currently available online satsangs are representative then this proposed book will be an absolutely wonderful spiritual treasure trove.
Congratulations and good luck Ramon.
